Safety Statement

Real Floors Commercial, Inc. is committed to the safety and health of our employees and subcontractor partners at all times, whether on the job-site, in the office, while driving or during personal time.

We believe that working safely requires training and awareness of one’s environment at all times.

To that end all of our PM’s, Asst. PM’s and Field Managers are OSHA 30-hour certified, maintain current certifications in CPR/First Aid/AED Usage and carry the required heavy machinery licenses such as a job-site Forklift (Lull). 

We routinely seek educational opportunities to gain more awareness and understanding of new ways to keep ourselves and those around us safe—for example, we are certified and trained in the recently revised OSHA 1926.1153 Respirable Crystalline Silica exposure guidelines; we invest in the tools and methods used to mitigate and limit exposure.

Our goal is to have ZERO INCIDENTS and have all of our team members return home every day the same way they left for work.

GotYourBackAbility is our trademarked phrase that references Real Floors Commercial core values of teamwork, mutual respect and unfaltering support for each other, our subcontractors and our clients.  GotYourBackAbility is a philosophy of consistency—it holds true in good times or bad, during tough moments or triumphs. We recognize and support those on our team who have tackled challenges head-on and work to resolve those challenges through consistent communication from the top down.
